How to Use a Karcher Window Vacuum for Best Results
The diagram above shows the process of using Chip Thinking® to elicit and capture stakeholder requirements at a range of scales, from a single component up to site deployment.. Chips serve as a unified knowledge hub where all data and stakeholder insights converge, providing a comprehensive understanding for everyone involved.
Even two years ago the oil industry wasn’t under the level of pressure it is now.People all across the world are starting to experience adverse climate impacts, and it’s not just the poorer countries being affected.
The situation is becoming real everywhere, and it’s creating a real appetite for new solutions.. COP 26: the Global South and nuclear energy. When asked about COP26, Gogan says she noticed a couple of major changes at the event this past year, which stood out from previous conferences. One of the key things she noticed was that representation from the Global South is increasing.
The Global South is composed of poor countries who lack access to energy to help build their economies and infrastructure.Gogan notes that the people in these areas are already very exposed to climate impacts, and they’re also much less resilient to them.
These countries have a simultaneous demand for both energy growth and decarbonisation, meaning that they’re in very serious need of clean energy solutions..
Considering that the industrialised world has contributed the majority of historical carbon emissions, Gogan points out that it’s really becoming socially unacceptable for us to continue to move so slowly to decarbonise our own economies, giving support to one technology, but not another. This will be challenging, but as time goes on and datasets improve, reactivity will get quicker, and the process will stabilise as construction supply chain information becomes more freely available.. 3.
Sadly, we don’t have a ‘truth serum’ but improving transparency and consistency of supply chain data improves productivity and planning.. At the moment, suppliers and contractors fix certain problems and course-correct without ever needing to be transparent.. We need a platform that integrates different data sets from different suppliers so we can see and trend what’s going on within the supply chain and create more formal accountability on information being reported..Bringing data into one place and organising it around packages will give owners a single pane of glass through which to visualise what’s going on between the planning side and the production side of the supply chain.. A deeper understanding of the supply chain enables everyone to see patterns in the availability of products, to ask the right questions, and to plan better.. 4.
Standardising areas of variance and stepping away from totally bespoke designs is key..The perfect future is a ‘data clearing house’ where minor design modifications to better align with supply chain data can transform productivity..
